Ronnie Humphrey is from Shreveport LA, and has a Science & Technology degree from Northwestern State University (1984). He has 15 Years in the Oil & Gas Industry and was an original team member in the startup of ProAction Fluids. Ronnie began his career in the construction industry, and jumped to Oilfield Services in 2007. After almost 10 years in various Oilfield Service manufacturing and customer support roles, Ronnie was the first ProAction team member to bring the ProBore line of HDD chemicals to market. Currently serving as an HDD Product Specialist, Ronnie is able to match his construction background and product experience with customers everyday across North America. Ronnie has 5 children, 5 grandchildren, and has been married to Janice for 20 years. His hobbies include traveling, motorsports fabrication and restoration, and spending time with his family.
Becky Battlefield was one of the first ProAction team members, has been servicing HDD customers since 2016 when ProAction Fluids expanded their product line to service the horizontal drilling industry. As the Blending Manager, Becky wears many hats, ranging from inventory management to customer service, and is a key part of the international logistics and operations team. Becky is passionate about ensuring the ProAction customer experience is second to none, and works to ensure the office runs smoothly to exceed customer expectations. Becky is a wife and mother of three. She and her family enjoy hunting and fishing all over the Bayou State, as well as traveling/camping to spend time together.
Brent Clark is from West Haven Utah. He has a degree in Chemistry, and his career is filled with customer service and product support experience. He has spent the last 10 years in the HDD industry; the first five years with Vermeer, beginning as a Territory Sales Manager selling small to maxi drill rigs, and ending as Branch Manager over two locations within a Vermeer dealership. As a ProAction Fluids Product Specialist for the past five years, Brent has been able to mesh his industry knowledge, customer support experience, and chemistry background to become an expert on drilling fluids application. Brent has traveled all over the world in support of ProAction products, and is very passionate about product technical training and application – both in-field and classroom. Brent has been married to Kristene for 31 years, and has 5 children and 8 grandchildren. Brent and Kristene enjoy traveling, and have visited with customers all over the world. In addition to traveling, Brent runs several half marathons per year, and enjoys spending time with his family.
Larry Sherman is a native of Oskaloosa, Iowa. Larry and his wife, Sharon, have two grown children and three grandchildren. Larry started with ProAction Fluids in February of 2022 as a Field Representative, supporting HDD customers. Before starting with PAF Larry worked for Vermeer Corporation for 25yrs. Through his career with Vermeer, Larry had several roles, all within the HDD industry with a focus on customer and product support. He started as an Area Manager on the production floor, and eventually moved to the field as a service technician for Horizontal Directional Drills. Prior to his retirement with Vermeer, Larry was an HDD Product Specialist 3, helping to establish Beijing Manufacturing, and supporting territories all over the world. In his off time, Larry enjoys spending time with family, and traveling.
Timothy “Timmy” Martin is from Ashland, LA. Timmy transferred from ProAction Fluids’ sister company in August of 2019, and is currently the Packaging and Logistics Manager. His background is in fabrication and mechanical support, and has been a vital part of helping scale ProAction’s production to match demand. Timmy is a true utility player, and supports several aspects of the company through his production and mechanical skills. He has 3 children and has been married to his wife Amanda for 10 years. His hobbies include serving at church, deer hunting, and spending time with his family.
Chloe Butler is from Houston TX and moved to Shreveport LA in 2016. She started at ProAction Fluids in January of 2022 and works as an Administrative Assistant, helping maintain inventory and processing, regular office upkeep, and assisting customers. Chloe’s family has a background in energy services, and she is able to pair that up with customer service experience to ensure ProAction customers have the proper information and support to be successful. Chloe is a wife and mother, and has a 6-month-old son with her husband of 5 years. In her downtime she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
Ryan Humphrey is from Shreveport, Louisiana and one of the first members of the ProAction Fluids team. A graduate of Northwestern State University, Ryan began his career in automotive and industrial fluids blending and packaging before moving to the Oil Field Service sector in 2013, ultimately helping to establish ProAction Fluids in 2014. Ryan is passionate about technology and product development, and looking for creative ways to match customer needs with product application. He has a child, Ryder, and has been married to his wife, Amy, for 11 years. Ryan is a deacon at his church, enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and auto/motorcycle racing.
